Nostrfi builds dependable products on Nostr and Bitcoin that turn open protocols into clear, useful experiences and give people meaningful agency over identity, communication, and value.

Purpose

The internet often offers convenience in exchange for dependency: identity, relationships, data, and value become trapped inside services a person cannot meaningfully inspect, move between, or leave.

Nostrfi exists to make a more open model practical. We close the gap between the freedoms protocols make possible and the clarity, safety, and usability people need in order to benefit from them.

Principles

Sovereignty is meaningful control

People can understand their choices, control their keys and identity, move between compatible services, and leave without losing everything.

Open protocols should create open choices

We choose interoperability over lock-in and contribute to ecosystems rather than enclosing them.

Useful signal over noise

We make the important thing clear: what is happening, what requires attention, what will be signed or shared, and what the consequences are.

Calm confidence

Nostrfi feels strong without becoming hostile, technically credible without becoming obscure, and optimistic without becoming speculative.

What we will not become

• A closed platform wearing open-protocol language.
• A speculative or price-led cryptocurrency brand.
• A protocol-maximalist organisation that treats compatibility as disloyalty.
• A product that asks people to surrender secrets for the sake of convenience.
